Philadelphia, PA: A lady can never have too many shoes, fabric or bags. Join us on 05/31/20 (at Madalynne Studios in Philly) to learn industry bag making and designing techniques. Learn how to work with faux leather and complete a fully-lined, beautifully finished tote bag and a coordinating zipper pouch. This small group workshop is suitable for anyone looking to gain professional skills and an invaluable insight into both traditional and contemporary bag making techniques. After attending this workshop, you will have the necessary foundation skills to start making professional looking bags, handbags and purses. In fact, you might even consider turning your newly-acquired skills into a business. Wouldn't it be nice to have fun and make money on the side? Bags say a lot about the woman who uses them. What will your bags say about you? Level: This small group workshop is perfect for a beginner. If you know how to sew a straight stitch on the sewing machine you are good to go.
