Patternmaking 1.0:
The Bodice Sloper

Sewing is like writing your body a love poem - we declare 2019 as the year of SEWF CARE (#sewfcare)

In this semi-private, 4-lesson-series, Patternmaking Expert and Author Lynda Maynard will introduce you to the exciting world of flat patternmaking. She will teach how to draft a custom bodice sloper that can be used to develop virtually any top/jacket/coat/shirt design.

Instead of using a dressform, we will show you how to draft for your body, using your measurements. Being a Fitting Expert, Lynda will also help you identify and correct fitting issues. Having a pattern free of fitting issues that fits your body like a glove is priceless.

Level: This series is perfect for the confident beginner, ages 16 and up. No previous patternmaking experience required.

Instructor: Lynda Maynard is an Expert at Couture Sewing, Fitting and Patternmaking. She is also an accomplished Author. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and every single one of her students raves about her personality, approach and passion.
